This is a worldwide event, held on the second Sunday in December, every year.

It unites family and friends around the globe as they light candles for 1 hour, to honour and remember children who have died at any age and from any cause.

Candles are lit at 7pm local time, which creates a wave of light around the world in a way that transcends all ethnic, cultural, religious and political boundaries.

The event is for members and the wider community. We share details of the service here under our event section and on our other social media platforms.

If you cannot attend a service, we encourage you to light a candle for one hour at 7pm - no matter where you are.
