The Compassionate Friends NSW was fortunate to have the inspirational Petrea King, founder of the Quest for Life Foundation, spend a day with us in Sydney on Saturday 1st July 2023. Petrea expertly facilitating discussions around many of life’s challenges as a group of parents, grandparents and siblings who have lost children. Petrea’s own life stories allow her to relate to people on a very personal level, sharing her wisdom with compassion, all the while imparting some very practical tools to help us navigate the many challenges life can throw at us. 

Petrea’s skill as a story teller, and facilitator is evident in her ability to put her audience at ease, and to impart a sense of hope and acceptance as we endeavour to navigate the world we now live in.
